Terms of Service
Please read through the T.O.S thoroughly before filling out the form. If any mentioned below are not followed, I have the right to terminate the commission and you will not get a refund.

It will be first come first serve. Additionally, I will have new slots open every few months / when I finish the current batch, so keep an eye out for new slot announcements.

I will take around 2-3 weeks or sooner if I am free but up to 6 months to complete a commission depending on the complexity of the design and the time I have to work on your commission. I will update you when I do work on it. Feel free to message me if you have any concerns or questions about your commission or if you haven't heard back from me in 1-2 week time. Under "Commission Status", please check the link for updated progress on your commission as well, thank you.

Commissions are for personal use ONLY. NO COMMERICAL USE.
Payment will be paid full upfront before start of commission via PayPal invoice. You will have 3 days to pay unless discussed beforehand with me. If you do not make the payment date, your commission slot is forfeited.
Cancelling/Refund is not possible after I start the rough sketch of the commission. Will refund 80% if it is at the thumbnail part of my sketch (except coloured sketches. No refund for these ).
I have the right to refuse any commission that I do not feel comfortable with.
You are allowed minor revisions (up to 3 times) before I finalize with you for the sketch and start my lineart. Any minor revisions made after 3 changes will be $10 CAD each change.
I will NOT accept any major revisions after final sketch stage.
I have the right to post the illustration on my social media, including WIP. I also have the right to use the commission art in any form I wish unless discussed before hand. If you do not wish for me to post, let me know.
Commissioners are free to use the commissioned artwork for their own personal use (wallpaper, profile pictures.. etc.) or posting on social media but with proper credit tag and mention
My work is prohibited to be use for AI and NFTs. Additionally, you can not use my artwork to be made as merch to be sold.
Furthermore, DO NOT edit or change my artwork in anyway after completion. This include drawing over my artwork and passing it off as your own.
If you have read the full T.O.S, in extra note on the commission form, please input "I have read the TOS". This help ensure that you have read the T.O.S. and if you do not include this, I will not accept your commission.
Finished artwork will be sent through email and a google drive link including high res PNG formatted image with and without watermark. If you want to request a psd file, let me know.

Detailed/Simple background: starting from $5 (depends on complexity and detail)
Add an extra person: half of the original price ( Ex. Base price: $50 -> extra: +$25 )
Lighting (for coloured sketch/rendered one colour bg): starting from $5
Props (Ex. sword, stick, umbrella, bag etc. ): starting from $5
Detailed Clothing - Ex: Genshin/ HSR etc. : starting from $5
Detailed Jewellery/Accessories: starting from $5
Minor revisions after 3 free: $10 PER CHANGE
